Over priced products with unknowledgeable staff
A lot of these reviews I see are associated with elderly or middle aged unaware of tech prices. Sure, they may have on hand helpful staff that will help you send a fax( who uses that anymore?) and to help you buy a serious under rated hardware machine with inflated prices..I went in to purchase a 100ft Ethernet cable. 77$?!?!?!? What!!?!!? A quick google search and I find Best Buy has them at half that price ( given still high) I'm an electrician and cat5 cable is dirt dirt cheap and seeing that inflated price angers me.Always wondered why staples parking lots were always on the "smaller" side. Do you business elsewhere unless you enjoy being gouged for your hard earned money.
Always a great experience here. Staff are friendly and helpful. Service with a smile at the print shop. Not always the cheapest place to find things but they have specialized items not found elsewhere and more variety, better brand names.
