My toddler daughter was hysterical last night which always makes for a fun trip. Cashiers were wonderful at checking us out quickly and offered us a sticker. The guy working in the front was fast, attentive, understanding and even helped load our groceries in our cart as I was calming her down!! Chivelery isn't dead after all! Nobody on the sales floor which is why I couldn't give a better rating.
The greeters here are always so super friendly. I've encountered a few grouchy cashiers, but in general the place is clean, friendly and tidy. I do NOT however like the self checkouts. I much prefer to go through a checkout lane and interact with a person. Also, every time I've been to a self checkout there are issues. I was forced to use one late one evening close to 10pm because there were literally no humans on cash.
Nice and friendly small town experience shopping at Walmart in Carleton Place Ontario. Their household items are neat and different than other stores. You can decorate any room in your home for a low price here. Selection of items is excellent.Fresh food for great low prices are available here. Fresh baked goods and fresh bread is always a pleasure to pick up.When you are finished shopping; take a break at McDonald's right in store. Again. Very friendly small town services at the restaurant. Overall I enjoyed my shopping experience at Walmart in Carleton Place today. Stop in and browse the aisles. Enjoy your own small town shopping experience today. You will want to go back.
Do not shop at this store. I was there today and was grostely overcharged on one item.Did not realise until I got home. I tried to call and complain only to find out that the phone no.on the bill was wrong.Needless to say I am not a happy camper .Will not go back there
Is very good they have fresh produce every day and lots of other things plus they got the phone tower there
