We have been using this clinic since moving to Carleton Place in 1999we did go to two other vet clinics in C.P. as well. We were convinced early on this clinic shines best. from walking in the door or even phoning in with questions the folks pick up on who i am very fast. AMAZING.
Have been bringing my many different pets for years. Always caring and genuine under every circumstance. Appreciate these dedicated people so much.
I have not walked through the door yet, but I have been stressed about just having moved and having to find another vet for my chronically sick cat. The lady on the phone was very friendly and helpful, I didn't even have to ask how to do a transfer from my former vet she just asked the name and said she would look after everything. Really appreciate the service so far.
Love this place!! It's refreshing to see a genuine compassion for animals in the staff. Prices are very reasonable compared to other vet clinics around and vets don't push vaccines or other unessesary medical procedures.
Great Veterinarians and wonderful staff! Time is always taken with each visit, issues addressed and all questions answered. My pups and I are very happy with such wonderful and caring service!
